Audioguides will be available in both German and English and are free of charge for visitors of the special exhibition.
A short guide through the exhibition will be available both in German and English at the price of 5€.
Photography for private use in the foyer and the permanent exhibition is permitted as long as it is done without tripod and flash.
In the special exhibition photography is not permitted due to the wishes of the lending institutions.
The museum is located in the centre of Cologne and is easily accessed by public and private transport.
